He has led several value creation engagements for these companies, from broad full-potential plans to specific initiatives that accelerate value creation, including growth plans, operational efficiency, and organizational design.
In addition, Luis serves clients in the consumer space, from fashion retailers to fast-moving consumer goods. He has led projects on strategy, commercial processes, organization, and digitally enabled use cases.
