Mai-Britt Poulsen is the managing partner for Boston Consulting Group in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Belgium, and a member of the firm’s global executive committee. In her prior role, she served as the firm’s global chief of staff. She has two decades of experience serving BCG clients across Europe and North America.

Mai-Britt is a core member and client service partner of the firm's Consumer and Transform practices. She specializes in consumer goods and has significant experience in large-scale transformation and performance improvement programs, corporate strategy and M&A, go-to-market strategies, and other topics including leadership, change management, and enablement.

Mai-Britt is also passionate about diversity and inclusion and is actively involved in the firm’s partnership with UN Women.

Before joining BCG, Mai-Britt worked with Nordea Corporate Finance.
