Mamello Selamolela joined Boston Consulting Group in January 2024, bringing nine years of experience in various executive roles in the telecommunications and fintech industries. During that time, her work covered strategy, digital transformation, operations, and organization.

At BCG Mamello is a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice focused on TMT in emerging markets. She is also affiliated with the Social Impact and Technology & Digital Advantage practices, with a particular interest in the intersection of social impact and technology.

Before joining BCG, Mamello held various positions at Vodacom Group, most recently as Managing Executive, Group Strategy & Innovation. Before that, she worked at MTN in South Africa and McKinsey & Company in South Africa and London.
