Mariano Parro is a member of the North America education, employment, and welfare leadership team, and the Public Sector, Social Impact and People & Organization practices at Boston Consulting Group. He is currently focusing on economic and workforce development, education technology, higher education, and organization change.

Mariano started his BCG career in the New York and Melbourne offices and completed both the social impact secondment (at Save the Children) and immersion programs. Before settling in Miami, Mariano rejoined BCG in the Boston office in 2020 after working in impact investing and co-founding a youth-focused educational technology startup in Latin America.
