Marijke Brunklaus is a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach with Boston Consulting Group. She is an experienced board-level change leader with in-depth experience in insurance and banking. Marijke has advised and coached CEOs and senior executive teams. Her goal is to enable executives and their teams to get the best out of themselves while achieving sustainable results.

From 2011 through mid-2016, Marijke held the position of CHRO at ING Netherlands. As a member of the ING NL board, she played a crucial role in its transformation to the current agile organization at every step of the process. Marijke began her corporate career in 1979 at Nationale-Nederlanden. She built her broad general management and change experience in several roles covering commercial, operational, and strategic staff activities in the ING Group.

In her role as Senior Advisor to BCG, Marijke is a leading member of the firm’s People & Organization practice. She is actively involved in agile at scale transformations across industries and geographies.
