Mark Schofield is the Canada Commercial Chair and leader of the Canadian Financial Institution practice. He primarily advises commercial banks, insurers, and wealth managers on issues including portfolio strategy, full potential and growth strategy, customer segmentation, value proposition development, distribution strategy, digital strategy and business models, operational improvement, cost reduction, risk management, capital allocation, due diligence, and transaction support.
Mark has served clients throughout Canada, the US, Southeast Asia, Australia, and the UK. Prior to joining BCG in 2019, Mark was a Partner at Bain & Company for 19 years.
