Markus Klevenz is a Senior Director at BCG X, Boston Consulting Group’s tech build and design business unit.

Markus works on all kinds of transformations, helping business leaders transform their organizations, accelerate their change program results, and deliver value through digital solutions. In particular he leads the Tribe, which includes the KEY Impact Management by BCG X suite of products—BCG X’s transformation management platform, the Zero-Based Organization (ZBO) suite of products, Horizon by BCG, and post-merger integration products.

Markus joined BCG in 2010, and is a core member of the firm’s Operations and People & Organization practices.
