Masami Shibatani joined Boston Consulting Group in 2020. He is a core member of BCG’s Tech & Digital Advantage and Public Sector practices.
Masami has led numerous projects in the public sector and the financial services and telecommunications industries, designing and implementing digital platforms to drive transformation across society, industries, and businesses. He has extensive expertise in creating ecosystems through cross-sector collaboration, supporting government-led public-private regulatory initiatives on topics including data circulation and trust, to promote ecosystem development; and enhancing digital capabilities within organizations through center of excellence (CoE) development.
Prior to joining BCG, Masami worked at Accenture and the Nomura Research Institute.
