Matheus Munhoz is a core member of the Industrial Goods and Climate & Sustainability practices at Boston Consulting Group. His primary focus is on agribusiness and the future of food production.
Since joining BCG, Matheus has primarily advised clients in the agribusiness, mining, and airline industries on strategic planning, transactions, and operational efficiency. He specializes in corporate finance, strategy, cost optimization, and supply chain management. Within climate change and sustainability, he has deep knowledge of food systems transformation, regenerative agriculture, and nature-based solutions.
In addition to Brazil, Matheus has supported clients in Europe, the US, Mexico, and South America on topics including strategy and supply chain operations.
Prior to joining BCG, Matheus was a consultant at A.T. Kearney and Visagio.
