Matt Aaronson leads Boston Consulting Group's Greentech & Engineered Products team globally. He serves a broad portfolio of clients around the world and holds leadership roles in BCG's career development function and on the BCG Global Partnership Committee.

Since joining BCG in 2004, Matt has worked with clients on a range of strategic projects across the capital equipment and engineered products industries. He now works predominantly with clients in aerospace and defense, and he specializes in driving large-scale transformational change programs.

Prior to joining BCG, Matt worked at Monitor Group and is a commercial pilot (AMEL/IA).
