Matt Leader is the Global Strategic Alliances Senior Manager leading Boston Consulting Group's alliance with IBM. He works with IBM to develop joint offers that leverage the unique capabilities of both companies to provide unmatched value to clients in the AI, Cloud, Cost Takeout and Quantum Computing markets.

Matt joined BCG in 2024 from Deloitte, where he founded and led the Human Capital business's Emerging Partner portfolio. Prior to Deloitte, Matt worked at a variety of consulting firms and tech startups, including as a founder and CEO. He is also a licensed attorney, with expertise in international trade, real estate, and philanthropy
