Matt MacKenzie leads Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer practice in Canada, as well as BCG X, the firm's tech build and design unit. He is a core member of the Corporate Finance & Strategy and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices.

Over his 20-year career at BCG, Matt has worked with clients across North America, South America, and Europe. He has extensive expertise in large-scale change, advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, brand strategy, pricing, promotion, and markdown effectiveness. Matt has also built and deployed multiple custom analytics solutions at scale and partnered with clients on growth strategy, go-to-market, and operational improvements in retail, restaurants, and consumer packaged goods.

Prior to joining BCG, Matt worked as an electrical engineer with AMD in Toronto.
