Matt Sundberg is a core member of the firm’s Energy practice specializing in power and utilities. Matt’s particular expertise includes renewable energy, growth strategy, digital, transformation, and operations and maintenance.
Most recently, Matt supported a power and gas utility in executing its digital transformation program. He has also worked with an IPP to improve the competitiveness of its large-scale renewables business, as well as a utility to conduct an end-to-end strategy review for both its competitive and regulated businesses.
Before joining BCG, Matt worked for Siemens in a number of roles in Australia and New York.
