Matt Williams is a core member of the Industrial Goods, Public Sector, and Operations practices at Boston Consulting Group. He is an expert in aerospace and defense, with significant experience leading large-scale operational improvements for aerospace clients, diagnosing and addressing supply chain and manufacturing issues affecting aircraft operations, and developing AI education strategies for a defense client’s workforce.
During a two-year transfer to the firm's Rome office, Matt served as Digital and AI Strategy director, unifying BCG's go-to-market strategy across global practices. He also served as an Ambassador with the BCG Henderson Institute, where he helped launch BCG's NLP-based Trust Index offering.
Before joining BCG, Matt served as a U.S. Marine Corps Infantry Officer leading teams as an operations officer, project manager (PMP certified), and leadership instructor.
