Maximilian Sandholzer is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice focused on automotive and mobility clients. He has over ten years of experience in the automotive space and works with entry, volume, and premium OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) as well as Tier 1 suppliers, in Europe and China.

Maximilian’s work focuses on corporate and functional strategies along the entire automotive value chain. He has deep expertise in go-to-market (including sales model, network, customer, pricing), engineering, digital business models, cost reductions, organizational transformations, and due diligences.

As a Mandarin Chinese speaker, who has lived and worked in China for over three years, Maximilian has a profound experience in geopolitics and the Chinese automotive market both from a customer and an OEM and supplier perspective.
