Melanie Seier Larsen is a core member of the People & Organization practice at The Boston Consulting Group. She is also a member of the Consumer practice.
Since joining BCG in 2014, Melanie has focused her work on advising clients in the consumer products and retail sectors. She has acquired deep experience in transformation and organization.
Prior to joining BCG, Melanie worked for more than ten years as a principal at A.T. Kearney and for more than five years in the fashion industry and legal services.
