Miao He is trained in operations research and has 12 years of experience applying analytics and optimization to solve cross-industry problems. She joined BCG in 2020.

Miao's applied analytics skills include machine learning/deep learning, mathematical programming, and discrete event simulation. In addition, she has experience in supply chain management, manufacturing optimization, recommender systems, and customer analytics. She is an INFORMS Certified Analytics Professional.

Prior to joining BCG, Miao served as Senior Research Manager with IBM and before that, she was a Senior Expert, Operations Innovation Center at Didi.
