Michael Dahle leads Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice in Switzerland and has broad experience in large-scale transformations, performance improvement programs, and digitization of sales and service. He joined the Munich office of BCG in 2007 and then transferred to Switzerland and founded the Geneva office in 2011.
Michael leads BCG's global competence center for services in engineered products, which covers topics such as digital service transformation, unlocking full commercial potential in service, service organization design, and service operations.
