Michael Marcus is an Executive Coach and Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group. He works with senior leaders on issues related to growth and business transformation using his 35+ years of experience leading organizations and driving change. He has deep expertise in risk management, marketing, leadership development, talent development, and financial institutions.

Mike has also coached and mentored numerous CEOs and other high-potential leaders through his various board and advisory board roles. Before joining BCG,

Mike spent seven years with HSBC/Household’s domestic credit card business in a variety of senior management roles (including CRO, CMO, Head of CIM, and Head of S&CD).

In addition to his current work with BCG, Mike serves as an advisory board member to several VC/PE backed startups in the FinTech, RegTech, and Alternative Data/Analytics, and loyalty spaces where he coaches and advises emerging leaders and CEOs. In addition, he is on the Board of Directors at Wildfire Systems, Tanimura and Antle, and Rewards Network. He is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee on two of the boards and has served on Compensation Committees and Nominating & Governance Committees as well.
