Michel Hochstrasser is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Health Care practice. He collaborates with biopharma and medtech companies on a broad range of strategic and operational topics, particularly commercial strategies, market access, and pricing at both the portfolio and brand level. Michel has worked extensively with clients across Europe, the US, Japan, and emerging markets.

Michel is also a specialist in organizational design, especially agile at scale, and has helped with the full transformations of ways of working at leading biopharma and medtech companies in the US and Europe. He hosts the BCG Market Access Roundtable, which brings together senior industry leaders from close to 30 biopharma companies and develops industry leading and externally published thought-pieces.

Michel joined BCG in Zurich in 2010 after completing graduate research in biochemical engineering. He spent part of his time at BCG in Australia and the US, as well as over a year in Japan as part of the firm's Ambassador Program.
