Mike Duffy joined Boston Consulting Group in 2003. He leads the firm’s Health Care practice for the Southern US. Mike works with clients in the health care services industry, and has deep experience with providers, payers, and pharmacy services (wholesale, pharmacy benefit managers, manufacturer services, and retail pharmacy). His engagements are typically within enterprise strategy and growth, strategic partnerships (M&A), transformation, organization design, operations, and post-merger integration.
Prior to joining BCG, Mike was a consultant at Deloitte & Touche. He also worked in strategy and planning at Citigroup, and as a civil engineer for Langan Engineering & Environmental Services.
