Michael Shanahan, formerly the leader of Boston Consulting Group's Insurance practice in North America, is currently a Senior Advisor to the practice.
Michael joined BCG in 2002, and he has worked with leading organizations around the world and across all functions of the value chain. He has especially deep expertise in organizational work, partnering with clients on transformation, restructuring, postmerger integration, change management, leadership development, and strategy.
Prior to BCG, Michael was a long time partner at Arthur D. Little, the global management consulting firm.
