Mikko Tynkkynen leads Boston Consulting Group's BCG Transform practice in Helsinki. Mikko leads large-scale change engagements covering strategic questions, and program design and execution, to deliver the results in close cooperation with client teams. He has worked with clients on ambitious cost-out programs, post-merger integrations, and holistic business transformations.
Mikko is also a lead member of BCG's Industrial Goods and Operations practices. He has in-depth experience working with machinery and engineered products companies and operations improvement. Prior to joining BCG in 2010, Mikko developed an equity research platform for a startup.
