Naoto Kubo initially joined Boston Consulting Group in 2003. He rejoined the firm in 2012, after working at Advantage Partners, a Japanese private equity firm. He is a core member of the firm's Financial Institutions, and People and Organization practices.
Naoto has worked closely with clients mostly in financial services. Much of his work involves implementation of business strategies, transformation, group management, digital transformation, and post-merger integration (PMI).
Prior to joining BCG, Naoto Kubo also worked for Mizuho Financial Group.
