Neha Gupta is core member of Boston Consulting Group's Financial Services practice in India. She advises banks and non-banks on a range of topics including retail and SME transformation, driving digital agenda, sales enablement and operational improvement, and people transformation. Neha also leads the practice's pricing work in financial institutions for Asia Pacific.
In addition, Neha drives the knowledge and research team for the Financial Services practice in India to develop industry-level insights. She spent a year in BCG’s London office working on digital transformations, M&A, and PMI.
