Nehal Reddy is an expert on maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) for aerospace and defense, industrial goods, and operations clients. She joined Boston Consulting Group in 2021, bringing over 25 years of experience in aviation gained from leadership positions in maintenance planning, MRO marketing, product development, and process engineering.

At BCG, Nehal guides clients through program turnarounds, implementing operating systems to improve throughput, quality, and overall organizational effectiveness, designing and implementing business processes at all levels within the operation, and advises MROs on systems integration at the enterprise level. . She also serves as an expert development advisor to consultants within BCG.

Before joining the firm, Nehal was a Managing Partner and Senior Vice President at SeaTec Consulting Inc., where she worked with major commercial airlines across North America and spearheaded the international operations (pre-pandemic). She also worked at Delta Air Lines for 12 years as the General Manager for Maintenance Planning.
