Nikolay Belkov is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group. He is a core member of the Energy practice, focusing on operational and organizational transformation.
He has worked across a broad range of functional topics, including corporate and divisional strategy, organization and change management, transformation and major program delivery. He also advises on large capital management, portfolio review, M&A, due diligence and PMI, operational improvement, functional excellence, process redesign, and restructuring.
He has worked with companies across the globe, with clients in the UK and wider North Sea, Middle East, Caspian, Central and Southeast Asia, and North America.
Prior to BCG, Nikolay worked for BP and Shell in a number of commercial roles in E&P, trading, downstream, and corporate center.
