Nobuhiro Arai joined Boston Consulting Group in 2020. He is a core member of BCG’s Health Care and Tech and Digital Advantage practices.

Nobuhiro has worked extensively with clients in industries including life science and health care, central and local government offices, and academia. He has strong expertise in building business models and developing solutions leveraging medical databases, as well as supporting R&D.

Prior to joining BCG, Nobuhiro worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting, the law firm of Ozawa & Akiyama, Eli Lilly Japan, Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., and The Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biosciences (IMCB) of University of Tokyo, where he was a researcher.
