Oliver Schwager is a core member of BCG Platinion, Boston Consulting Group's digital transformation practice, where he leads the automotive and mobility work for the Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. He is the Global Architecture Chapter lead and specializes in industrial goods and operations, especially in the automotive and mobility industries. At Platinion, Oliver supports clients on critical IT initiatives ranging from designing and migrating to next-generation architectures up to transforming organizations so they are ready to manage digital programs at scale using agile ways of working. In this context, he helps develop prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs) as part of "digitizing the core" initiatives and generate value early on.

In his years of consulting, Oliver has developed expertise in driving digital business build, software-defined vehicle and ecosystem digital products, next-gen R&D and software development toolchains, and platforms and data pipelines. Before joining BCG, Oliver worked at a software company.
