Oxana Dankova is the global lead for the networks business segment within the Energy practice at Boston Consulting Group. She has extensive experience shaping strategies and leading transformation programs for global energy businesses to help them deliver sustainable impact and drive energy transition. Oxana has been with the firm since 2006, supporting clients across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Australia. She works with energy companies along the value chain, including upstream, petrochemicals, fuel retail, power generation and retail, and transmission and distribution.

Oxana is a founding member of BCG's Network Transformation Services (NeTS) team, which, since 2015, has been focusing on transformation of energy network businesses. In her global networks segment leader role, she drives the development of BCG’s Bionic Network and Zero Ready capabilities and digital offering.

Oxana’s pre-BCG experience includes supporting Russian power sector reform, as well as her PhD work in the field of institutional economics at the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute, and working in the construction sector.
