Since joining BCG in 2010, Pallavi has worked with numerous insurers, financial institutions, and technology companies to develop and implement strategies to evaluate and drive digital transformations and create long-lasting sustainable impact.
Pallavi is passionate about using data and technology to create disruptive customer journeys, scale digital acquisitions, and drive sales force effectiveness and hyper-personalization. Before joining BCG, Pallavi worked at KPMG and IBM.
