Patrick Roche is a former managing partner of Boston Consulting Group's London office. He has extensive experience working across industries and geographies on all aspects of strategy, transformation, digital, organization, and operations--and specializes in strategy, transformation, and large-scale change. Patrick works primarily in the public sector, health care (biopharma, medtech), and infrastructure. He co-leads the Public Sector practice for the UK, and is the global lead for public sector transport, cities, and infrastructure.
