Peter Geluk leads The Boston Consulting Group’s Public Sector practice in the Netherlands.

Since joining BCG in 2005, Peter has worked with a wide range of semi-public organizations, and he also has deep experience managing complex stakeholder networks. His client engagements have included leading an all-encompassing efficiency review of the Dutch public broadcasting network, and he has also worked extensively with the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure in the public transport sector.

Peter notably led a feasibility study for the city of Amsterdam focused on establishing a new academic technology institute. He also led the development of a master plan and business case for the transformation of the Dutch court system, and he worked with a European railway operator to improve customer satisfaction through operational excellence and organizational and process redesign.

Peter spent a year seconded to The University of British Columbia, where he worked as a senior advisor on innovation strategy.
