Peter Pessoa is one of Boston Consulting Group’s leaders in driving large-scale digital and AI programs with clients across North and South America. Peter has extensive experience partnering with clients to develop their digital strategy, design and build their digital organization and talent, strategically apply AI to maximize the value of their customer base, and jointly deliver digital products to market, generating tangible impact.

Peter is part of the global Deep Customer Engagement AI by BCG X leadership team. Deep Customer Engagement is BCG X's application of AI to subscription- or renewal-based businesses. It covers end-to-end customer lifecycle management, including acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, pricing, retention, loyalty, and collections.

Peter is a core member of BCG’s Technology, Media, & Telecommunications practice where he predominately works with telco and tech clients on all aspects of their businesses.

Peter began his career at IBM specializing in global business strategy and implementation . He also led digital for a startup retail company and was the senior vice president of a middle-market private equity fund.
