Pierre Roussel is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice.
Since joining BCG in 2007, Pierre has assisted numerous financial institutions in France and Luxemburg, mostly on aspects of retail and private banking. He has worked for major players to develop and implement large-scale and digital transformations, optimize operational efficiency, and develop growth strategies.
Pierre is also a core member of the Post-Merger Integration (PMI) team and has led a number of international integration projects over the years.
