Prashant Mehrotra is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Energy and Climate & Sustainability practices. He designs and deploys large-scale transformation programs that deliver lasting change in operating model, culture and behaviors, and performance management. He is a leader for the firm’s work in capital project management for North America, helping clients across industries build best-in-class capabilities to manage their projects and portfolios. Prashant also has deep expertise in developing digital solutions for his clients, and is a founding member of the firm’s CO2 AI (sustainability software incubated by BCG) and Climate Impact AI (solution for adaptation and resilience to risks from climate change) teams.

Before joining the firm, Prashant was a reservoir engineer with Shell, and a strategy consultant with Schlumberger.
