Rajesh Shetty is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Operations practice. He joined the firm in September 2018 and is an expert on supply chain design and planning, integrated business planning, and change management. His current focus is developing and implementing digital supply chain roadmaps and capabilities, and working with clients to design and implement sales and operations planning programs.
Since joining BCG, Rajesh has led a major operations transformation for an industrial goods manufacturer, including acting as sales and operations planning coach for the design and implementation of a new process; and designing new process, cadence, metrics, and managed alignment on key tradeoffs. He also developed sales channel control tower capabilities for a major automotive supplier to manage the sales and operations execution activities.
Rajesh helps lead BCG’s North America work in digital supply chain offerings, partnerships, and research. Before joining BCG, Rajesh worked as a consultant at Accenture and IBM.
