Randi Griffin is a Lead Data Scientist at Boston Consulting Group. She focuses on developing AI models and advanced analytics solutions to enhance operational efficiency for clients in the US Federal Government, health care, and travel industries.
In her work at BCG, Randi promotes responsible AI as a framework for building reliable, value-creating systems while managing risks introduced by increased automation and generative AI. With over 15 years of experience in applied programming and modeling, Randi excels at problem framing, solution design, and stakeholder communication. As an expert in responsible AI testing and evaluation, Randi spearheaded the development of BCG X’s open source library, ARTKIT, for automated testing and evaluation of generative AI systems.
Prior to joining BCG, Randi was a Data Scientist at KAYAK Software Corporation in marketing analytics, a Data Consultant at Stand Up America, and a Graduate Research Fellow at Duke University where she specialized in evolutionary anthropology.
