Reggie Gilyard is a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach at Boston Consulting Group. For over 25 years, Reggie has worked with management teams and boards to develop and implement transformational strategies for Fortune 500 companies, education institutions, and large national foundations.

At BCG, Reggie provides one-on-one coaching and peer group facilitation for executives during large-scale change efforts. In addition to his considerable consulting experience, Reggie led a successful transformation in the higher education sector as Dean of the Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University, helping to guide the school to its first “top-fifty” national ranking for the undergraduate business program as well as very impressive growth in the national MBA rankings.

Reggie currently serves on the Board of Directors for First American Financial Corporation, Realty Income Corporation, and CBRE Group, Inc. In addition, he chairs the board for Orion Office REIT and serves on the board of Pacific Charter School Development, a 501(c)(3) real estate development company which builds schools serving low-income communities.

Early in his career Reggie served on active duty in the U.S. Air Force as a Program Manager leading the development, production, and fielding of next-generation global intelligence technology systems. He also served in the U.S. Air Force Reserves for three years. Reggie is a BCG-certified Executive Coach, and a member of the Institute of Coaching, McLean, which is an Affiliate of the Harvard Medical School.
