Renaud Fages is the North America lead for Boston Consulting Group’s asset and wealth management work. He rejoined BCG in 2024, having previously worked at the firm from 2004 to 2019.
Before rejoining BCG, Renaud spent over four years in the C-suite in operations and technology. He served as Chief Mobility Officer for Bird and then Chief Technology Officer for Powerflex. He led transformative changes, including business model pivots and organizational restructuring, and played a key role in Bird's IPO and M&A activities. Over the course of this work, he built deep operating experience with technology companies.
At BCG, Renaud is responsible for growing the asset and wealth management segment globally and has managed BCG’s largest US accounts in that space. He has focused on strategy, large-scale operations and technology transformations, and new business build with leading asset managers, wealth managers, and principal investment firms.
