Roberto Ventura is a core member of the Energy and Operations practices at Boston Consulting Group. His focus is on artificial intelligence/advanced analytics and digital, and he leads the firm’s maintenance strategy optimization product (OPTIMA).

Roberto works with clients on digital transformation programs, development of AI solutions, operational improvement projects, organization restructuring, application of the agile methodology, M&A, and strategy. Prior to coming to BCG, he worked at A.P. Moller-Maersk, a major global logistics and energy conglomerate.
