Rosie Sargeant joined Boston Consulting Group in September 2018. She is a core member of the firm's People & Organization practice and is particularly interested in helping organizations design a better future of work to attract, grow, and retain talent, and optimize business performance.
Rosie was selected as a Global Ambassador in 2024 and transferred from London to San Diego. She also served as a BCG Henderson Institute Ambassador on the Future of Work topic in 2023, and as a CEO Ambassador to support BCG in its most strategic projects in 2021. While in London, Rosie co-led the 1,000-strong Women@BCG network. She is passionate about health and wellbeing and continues to chair London's Yoga Society and Wellness Weekend committee.
Prior to joining BCG, Rosie spent two years at London-based boutique fitness gym 1Rebel, where she assisted with a successful funding raise to support the studio’s expansion plans. Before that, she worked in the private wealth management division at Goldman Sachs in London and Frankfurt.
