Santiago Mazón leads Boston Consulting Group’s Insurance practice in Iberia, and he is a core member of BCG’s Financial Institutions and Strategy practices.
Since rejoining BCG in 2010, Santiago has worked with a wide range of banking and insurance players, focusing primarily on strategy, sales, customer experience, pricing, and operations. His engagements have also covered key corporate development topics, including mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integrations, market entry, and new business lines.
Santiago first joined BCG in 2000, and left in 2005 to work as head of business development for a Spanish bank.
