Santino Lacanna joined Boston Consulting Group in 2016. He is a core member of the Energy and Health Care practices with experience in people and organization and corporate finance and strategy engagements. He is currently a BCG Henderson Institute Ambassador in Trust and Digital Trust, as well as the Brazil focal point for the Social Impact and Public Sector practices.

Santino’s recent client work includes defining the COVID-19 supply chain response for a leading fuel distribution player. He has also led many engagements with NOCs, including the development of a company-wide strategic workforce planning. He also supported the long-term structure definition and review of the natural gas regulatory framework as part of an ongoing market liberalization effort. In the health care space, he has led the organizational transformation for a major South American provider, led the local effort of a multi-country growth strategy in the animal health division of a global pharmaceutical company, and supported cross-border strategic due diligences in biopharmaceuticals.

Before joining the firm, Santino worked for four years at Monitor Group. He also worked as a summer associate with Península Participações.
