Sarah Berhalter is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Transaction & Integration (T&I) and Industrial Goods (IG) practices. Within T&I, she is a key leader of the divestiture and carve-out topics within North America where she also serves as the people lead.

Since joining BCG in 2015, Sarah has supported clients in multiple sectors, including automotive, energy, health care, and travel. She covers topics in end-to-end carve-out/spin-off transaction strategy and execution for both the buy and sell side parties. In addition, she has experience in large-scale operating model, digital and transformation efforts with particular expertise in people and engagement strategy and operational effectiveness.

Prior to joining BCG, Sarah held management positions within the equestrian industry, where she was recognized with the Zeppa international award for management in her field.
