Sebastian Köcher is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods and Operations practices. He is an expert in transformation, digitization, full potential plans, manufacturing excellence, and operations strategy; and drives BCG's offering for Scope 1 and 2 decarbonization and sustainable manufacturing.
Sebastian’s client work focuses mainly on materials and process industries, as well as related industries. Since joining BCG in 2014, he has worked on various operations projects for building materials clients, elevator and escalator companies, real estate/housing companies, industrial players, and various private equity owned assets.
