Shigeo Kashijuku joined Boston Consulting Group in 2023. He is a core member of the firm’s Corporate Finance & Strategy practice.
Shigeo primarily works with clients across a range of industries, offering comprehensive support from growth strategy to pre-M&A, due diligence, alliance negotiation, and PMI. In recent years, he has been involved in projects on business portfolio strategy, capital allocation, carve-outs, value enhancement, and corporate venturing, as well.
He also has seven years of experience stationed in China and ASEAN, supporting Japanese companies in many cross-border M&As for globalization.
Prior to joining BCG, he worked at Accenture.
