Shiva Kant is a core member of the Energy practice at Boston Consulting Group. She joined the firm in 2016. Shiva focuses on integrated energy transition and has prior industry experience, having previously worked for Schlumberger and Shell in Asia and Europe.

Shiva works with clients on strategic, financial, performance improvement, operational excellence, digital, and operating model transformation topics all along the exploration, development, and production lifecycle. She has worked with NOCs, IOCs, and independents in many countries, and has a particular interest in the North Sea.

Shiva represents BCG's energy business as part of the Operations practice leadership team for London, Amsterdam and Brussels. She is passionate about role modeling working-parent norms. She has completed a Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA) qualification.
