Shunya Hasegawa joined Boston Consulting Group in 2014. He is a co-leader of BCG’s People & Organization practice in Japan, and a core member of the firm’s Health Care practice.

Shunya works mainly with clients in health care and pharmaceutical industries. He has particularly extensive experience in supporting Japanese companies in building global governance and organization, sales and distribution strategy and structure development, and companywide transformation.

Prior to joining BCG, Shunya worked at a general IT consulting firm.
