Stefan Hoffmann is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s global leadership team for service and support operations. He also heads the firm's global partnership with process mining leader Celonis.

Stefan advises clients globally on service business growth, margin expansion and service operations excellence, including E2E process optimization and digitization. Besides his 20+ years of experience in the telco industry, he has worked in many other industries, including banking and industrial goods.

Before joining the firm, Stefan held leadership roles in business and consumer marketing and was board member support to the CEO and the CFO at a leading European mobile network operator.
